Simon is a native of London, England but has called the Lowcountry home for the past 20 years. From Hilton Head to Bluffton, there are few builders that know building science as well as Simon. Simon is a self-proclaimed builder nerd with an obsessive love for learning and staying on the forefront of technology. He recognizes that the build of a home is one of the most significant financial decision any of us make and takes great pride in bringing his clients vision to life. He has built a reputation for his honesty and professionalism as a residential home builder with a background in real estate. He brings a unique perspective with his extensive knowledge of structure, design, and function. The Lowcountry offers one of the most attractive building markets in America and as a resident of 20 years, Simon is prepared to offer you the high quality of service you deserve along with a depth of knowledge of Hilton Head Island and the surrounding region. He played college golf for The University of Virginia and subsequently competed on the pro circuits in the US and abroad. Golf and family brought him to Hilton Head Island in 2002 and he formed Coastal Living Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ· in 2009 and Coastal Living Builders in 2016. Simon loves calling the Lowcountry of South Carolina home. He and his wife, Margaret, live on Hilton Head Island along with their two children and chocolate lab, Mack.
