I specialize in 1 to 4 unit residential properties including single family, condos and co-ops, 2-4 unit buildings. Most of my business is located in Fairfield and New Haven counties, though in days gone by, I specialized in central Connecticut including Southington, Plainville, New Britain and surrounding areas.

Experience

With over 40 years of full time real estate experience, I have been licensed in Connecticut as well as Southern California. My career has included real estate sales, management, ownership, and a residential real estate appraisal. Starting out in Central CT as a real estate agent, I soon became a top listing agent with another franchise. I went on to sell new construction with several local builders and eventually managed a real estate office with over 40 full time agents. After moving to southern California, I worked full-time in real estate in San Diego county, where I built a successful business, eventually owning my real estate company with a business partner. Once we sold the company, I became an independent broker and spent the last 7 years there as a Fannie Mae listing broker. When the real estate market finally extricated itself from foreclosures, I decided to head back east to CT. to be closer to my family and am now licensed here and working joyfully with William Raveis real estate.

Achievements

Throughout the years, I have been a consistent top producing agent both in CT and southern CA. Before re-starting my career in CT, I was consistently in the top 10% producing agents in Oceanside,CA. Over the years, I have won multiple sales performance awards as well as top listing agent awards.

Personal

As far as hobbies go, I have been an avid photographer since I was a teenager. I have taken many photography classes over the years and eventually found my way to digital art including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I began studying Photoshop at a wonderful community college in San Diego county and fell in love with the process. I also spent a year studying Digital art full time at School of Visual Arts (SVA).

Education

I am a graduate of St. John's University with a B.S. degree in Education. I have an M.A. degree in Applied Communications from the University of Hartford. I also studied at the Appraisal Institute of Chicago in order to receive my appraisal license in CA. and of course, a myriad of on-going real estate courses and seminars throughout my entire real estate career.
