About Margaret Kane

Experience

I came to the Cape in the winter of 2003-04 to become the new owner of the Bass River Marina, which I owned and operated for many years. I laugh to this day remembering that first winter. Bitterly cold temperatures for an extended period of time had frozen the marina basin and the pilings were being pulled up due to the solid ice, not a good thing. The solution? Go chop the ice. I joined the marina staff out on the docks with our shovels and picks many times that January. It turned out to be a great way to get to know one another and solidify a team spirit. Working together through the years, our goal was always to bring the best service and experience possible to the boating community. It was important to me their summer boating on Cape Cod was nothing but fantastic.

Selling real estate on Cape Cod since 2015, my ultimate goal is the same, to provide the best service and experience possible to both buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions. I can guide you through the process of both residential and investment properties.

I was chairwoman for 6 years of the Bass River Park Committee, appointed by the Town of Dennis, MA. Our charge was to recommend use, design and development of the town-owned 3.2 acre waterfront park now known as Bass River Park. The park is enjoyed everyday of the year.
