Maryann Zaccardi has been in real estate for over 25 years and is well-rounded in all areas of the industry: specializing in New Construction, Buyer’s agent, Listing agent. Maryann has been a top agent for many years, is currently highly involved in her husband’s construction company and prior to selling real estate she worked for Salem Five Mortgage Company. As a life-long South Shore resident Zaccardi has volunteered in the community at the South Shore Women’s Center, supported various local fundraisers for Habitat for Humanity and been active in the Scituate Boosters. Her broad understanding of the neighborhoods, attractions and selling points of several towns along the South Shore. Maryann resides in Scituate with her husband Peter and has 2 children.
