She is a current member of SHU's Board of Directors at HORIZONS, a non-profit organization that provides educational and recreational opportunities to low-income students from kindergarten through eighth grade. Laurie is also an Alumni Volunteer for SHU鈥檚 Florida Chapter. Other charitable organizations she has worked with include Christmas in Naples (founding member), Step Smart for Seniors, Catholic Charities, United Way and the American Heart Association.
