Marcie began her real estate career in the late 1980s as a staff appraiser for Patriot Properties, a large, real estate appraisal and assessing firm, where she developed a strong foundation in property valuation. In 1995, she expanded her expertise by joining one of the top realty firms in the area. With years of advanced training and hands-on experience, Marcie has consistently been recognized as a top producer in the real estate industry.

Roberta has been a dedicated real estate professional since the 1990s. With an extensive background in customer service, Roberta has built strong relationships with clients, earning a reputation for personalized, responsive service. Her commitment to client satisfaction, paired with her deep industry knowledge, has made her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike.

In 2018, Marcie and Roberta joined forces to form the Gingle-Lerman Realty Group, combining their complementary skills and expertise to provide clients with a comprehensive, client-centered approach to real estate. Marcie is a 2nd generation Swampscott resident with three children and five grandchildren. As a lifelong resident of the North Shore, she enjoys gardening, cooking and traveling. She volunteers at Windrush Farm, a PATH certified riding academy which promotes confidence, independence and well-being in children and adults with physical, cognitive, emotional or age-related challenges through therapeutic riding and horse related programs. She has papillion named Evie and a Ragdoll named Stella

Marcie is a volunteer with Windrush Farm in North Andover which is a PATH certified horse farm. PATH stands for Professional Association of Therapeutic Horses. Windrush Farm is non profit and serves emotionally and physically challenged persons
