About Michael Heine

I have been a builder and developer in Fairfield County, CT for 35 years. During that time, as part of the scope of my work, I have had to act as an unofficial realtor. Now, after recently taking the class and passing my exams, I am an official realtor; a licensed salesperson with the William Raveis Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ· Company. Every time I started a new spec home, I had to assess potential buyers, develop and work toward the idea of how the house should look, and determine a competitive yet profitable price. The most important assessment I had to make, however, was to determine how a potential buyer would view the property. This perspective gave me the ability to determine what steps I had to take to give me the best chance of selling the house. After many years of experience, I came to the conclusion that every detail regarding the property and project is important. I would go so far as to say everything is even equally as important. This idea translates to selling real estate. Every detail is important to properly represent a seller and every detail is important to properly represent a buyer. As a builder I strived to do my job to the absolute best of my ability and I wanted to join a company that demonstrated that same principle. I will continue to apply this concept to my construction work and I look forward to applying it in my real estate career. I look forward to working with all of you.
