Kim is a native of Guilford and graduated from Guilford High School. She attended Middlesex Community College and Branford Hall for Business.

With a natural predisposition to organization and genuine interest in helping people Kim worked in a variety of disciplines and since 2006, as the Administrative Manager and, Realtor, Closing Coordinator and Listing Coordinator for The Whiteman Team at William Raveis Real 星空体育官方网址. She is the Hub of the team, there to support and assist the Team and clients as they go through the Real 星空体育官方网址 process.

While living in Florida, Kim volunteered and served as President, Board Member and one of the founding members of a non-profit, The Children's Theater Group, a children's theater organization.

Kim lives with her Husband Kevin Minckler and is the proud mother of 6 children and proud grandmother of six grandchildren.

Kim enjoys stained glass work, travel and flying in an experimental Long EZ airplane with her pilot in husband in command.
