30+ years in Finance, Accounting and Auditing to go with 10+ years in Retail gives me a great understanding of the importance of Customer Service in today's world of Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ·. While great to have received numerous customer service awards, the best reward is the smile on the faces of happy clients.

I am new to Real ÐÇ¿ÕÌåÓý¹Ù·½ÍøÖ· but have watched my wife enjoy working with people that I decided to get my license in 2023 and have joined her.

Being in Hilton Head and teaming with my wife, Cynthia Fern, has been a blessing. We have been helping military personnel relocating and retirees find the right communities for them.

Investment buyers are also a huge part of the market in Hilton Head area. There are a lot of details that need to be discussed with them.
