Bio
Dave was born in Versailles, Kentucky and raised on Hilton Head Island. His family, started vacationing on Hilton Head in the early 80鈥檚, and like so many they fell in love with this beautiful Island and eventually parted ways from the banking and horse businesses to move south for a permanent Lowcountry life.
Growing up on Hilton Head gave Dave the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and all the Lowcountry has to offer from boating and fishing to beaching it with friends. He played football, ran track, and was a nationally ranked swimmer graduating from Hilton Head High School in 1994. After graduation, Dave made his way to Clemson University where he majored in Health Sciences. Following college, Dave鈥檚 passion for Hilton Head led him back home, "There's just something about the Lowcountry salt air coming over that bridge".
Dave decided to take his degree and promptly got started working on the water and in the service industry bartending and ultimately managing multiple successful restaurants. He brings his love of customer/client interaction, local market knowledge, and immense pride in all that he embarks upon to the Carolina Realty Group to better assist his clients in meeting their real estate dreams and wishes. 鈥淚 want my clients to know, I care about them, and the homes they are buying as much as they do, if not more!鈥�
Dave and his wife Brienne enjoy spending time with their daughter Lacey Frances, their son Baby David and Springer Sweet Millie鈥檚 Girl every chance they get. They love doing anything water related and just walking the neighborhood. We simply love where we live and look forward to sharing that passion with our clients.
