Meredith grew up on the beautiful waters of Maryland鈥檚 Eastern Shore and loves the lifestyle that living in a waterfront community brings to quality of life. She has a degree in Communications from the University of Colorado - Boulder.
Her 35 years of professional experience in multiple facets of TV/film production, compliments her entrepreneurial spirit. Collaborating with top ad agencies in New York City, she and her husband/business partner, Ed Warnick, produced numerous award winning advertising and marketing campaigns for many national brands. They have been a team throughout their careers and through raising their triplets!
Meredith and Ed鈥檚 decision to permanently re-locate from Fairfield, Ct to join William Raveis - Naples, was timely, as Raveis had recently expanded into southwest Florida. 鈥淲illiam Raveis and the Christie's International brand are leaders in marketing luxury properties.
