Our Return Policy We guarantee your satisfaction. All items may be returned within 30 days for an exchange of the same item, credit towards a different item or a full refund excluding shipping charges.

Shipping & Handling Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. We will email you if any items are on backorder. We ship via USPS Priority Mail to customers in the United States. Packages take 3-5 days for delivery. We ship Global Priority Mail to our International customers. Packages take 4-7 days for delivery and cost between $12-$20 USD depending on the quantity of flag sets you order. International customers are able to order online, although sometimes the shipping cost charged is not accurate. If you were overcharged we will refund the excess shipping amount via your credit card.
